7 Day PSI – NAAA standards (GREEN light only) Repairs must exceed $600 at auction cost to arbitrate

Ineligible vehicles (PSI)

Diesels
Vehicles with a salvage, rebuilt, lemon-law, flood or trade-assist brand.
Vehicle sold with over 125,000 miles.
Vehicles 10 years and older
Vehicles sold AS-IS or deemed automatic AS-IS per NAAA policy.
Hybrids, EV, Altered/modified/exotic, and or handmade vehicles (including but not limited to:-AMC H1, Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Bentley, DMC 12, Dodge Viper, Ferrari, Fisker, Ford GT,Infinity,Jaguar, Lamborghini, Lexus, Lotus, Maserati, Mazda rx Maybach ,McLaren, Mercedes, Mitsubishi Evo, Nissan GT-R, Panoz, Porsche ,Rolls-Royce, Subaru WRX, Tesla, Volvo,(Trucks over 10,000lb gvwr).

3 Day Drivetrain Guarantee. /SDC $100.00 – Any vehicle on GREEN light that is not PSI eligible (diesels, age, mileage) sold for over $3000, will check engine, transmission, differential, transfer case & structure

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the vehicle out and make sure the findings are correct. If the buyer disagrees with our findings, and the vehicle has left the property, they must return the vehicle no later than the next business day before closing after the SDC is complete.

Repairs must exceed $750 at auction cost to arbitrate. NO ARBITRATION for warning lights or other mechanical functions.

Structural/Frame Check (RED or GREEN light) $75

Buyer is responsible for fees regardless of pass or fail.

Houston Auto Auction reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this policy at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without notice and to limit the number of times a purchasing dealer may participate in this policy.
